There are shell mounds,old tombs and crowds of tunnels in the park, trees and bushes are planted by design,guideboard,benches and stroll routes are prepared,it is the place suitable for outdoor activities, stroll and relaxation.
Shell mounds were recognized to be made in Johmon period,earthenware,
stone implements,bone needles,shell,fishbones,beastbones were dug out
from under the ground,therefore appointed as historic scenes
by Ibaraki prefecture.Totally two crowds of tombs and 29 crowds of
tunnels have been found.
